1. Liability. Renter will be fully responsible for all accident and harm cause during the rental period. Renter assumes liability for injury to any person(s) they invite to the space, including but not limited to injury to students in the renter’s class, injury to performers or collaborators in rehearsal, injury to guests or audience members at a showing.

2. Studio keys. If at any time the studio door is left unlocked/open after renter left, the renter will pay a fine of $100.00 to MR7 Dance Lab

3. No Smoking/Incense/Flames. No smoking is permitted anywhere inside the building and not within 150ft outside of the building. No incense or open flames of any sort are allowed (e.g. candles are NOT allowed)

4. Floors. Our dance floors are sprung dance floor with a vinyl topping. The flooring can accommodate genres such as Latin Dance, Flamenco, Modern, Jazz, Lyrical, Ballet, Hip Hop, Pop Styles, and others. To protect the flooring, shoes should be dedicated soft dance shoes, and not everyday streetwear shoes. An extra fee of $50 will be charged for shoes that will cause damage to the floor (e.g. Sharp high heels)

5. Equipment. Renters are allowed to use equipment as listed above (studio lights, audio system, mirrors, etc). Renters agree to place the equipment back where found in an organized manner. Renters are responsible for turning off lights, fans, stereo and water. If lights, water, or fans are left on or if the studio is clearly left dirty and cluttered with the renter’s belongings, the renter will pay a $50.00 cleaning fee.

6. Damage. Renters will assume full responsibility for any damage caused to any part of the entryway, lobbies, studios, dressing rooms, bathrooms, speaker equipment, floors, windows, mirrors, walls, etc. sustained during the renter’s scheduled studio time. Renters agree to pay in full for the repair or replacement of any item or structure damaged by the renters or by performers, collaborators, or guests invited to MR7 Dance Lab by the renter. Full payment of damages will be made within one month of damage. A damage deposit will be put toward the total amount owed.

Leaning on the mirrors is discouraged due to potential safety issues. There will be a f ine for rule violations, and the amount of the fine will vary depending on the severity of the situation.

7. Parking. There are plenty of parking spaces both in front of MR7 Dance Lab and behind the studio.

8. Storage. Renters may not leave any equipment, costumes, props, or personal belongings anywhere on the premises. 9. Extreme Weather delays: The agreement term can be extended due to the extreme weather caused delays (heavy snow, heavy wind storm or power off)
